This Privacy Policy & EULA Agreement explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, and the terms governing the use of our services and user-generated content.

2. Information We Collect

When you create or use a Brags account, we may collect information that you provide to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, account information and seller or business information.

When you use our marketplace, we may collect information relating to products, orders, transactions, delivery information and communications with our support team.

We may also collect technical information required to operate and secure our website and application. This may include information about your device, operating system, IP address, application version and information about how you use our services.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for providing and operating our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to create and manage your account, provide access to Brags services, process and manage orders, facilitate payments, support sellers and customers, provide customer support, communicate with you about your account or orders, maintain the security of our services, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations and improve our platform.

We do not use Amazon data obtained through the Amazon Selling Partner API for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Payment Information

Payments made through Brags may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Brags does not store complete payment card numbers or full payment card details on its own systems.

Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider according to its own security and privacy practices.

5. Amazon Selling Partner API

Sellers may choose to connect their Amazon Seller account to Brags through Amazon's Selling Partner API.

When a seller authorises this connection, Brags may access information from the seller's Amazon account that is necessary to provide the services requested by the seller. This may include information relating to inventory, product listings and order status.

Brags uses Amazon data only to provide the services requested by the seller.

Brags does not access Amazon customer personal data through the integration and does not use Amazon data for marketing or advertising.

Sellers can revoke Brags' access through Amazon Seller Central.

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers when this is necessary to operate our services.

These providers may include payment processing providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, fulfilment providers, security providers, analytics providers and customer support providers.

Where an order is fulfilled using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment, relevant customer order and delivery information may be shared with Amazon for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering the order.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal proceedings or where necessary to protect the security, rights or property of Brags, our users or others.

We do not sell users' personal information to third parties.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical, organisational and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Where applicable, information transmitted through our services is protected using secure encryption technologies such as HTTPS and TLS.

Access to personal information is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who require access to provide or maintain our services.

Although we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements.

When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

9. Account and Personal Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Brags account and associated personal information by contacting us at support@shnoup.com.

If account deletion functionality is available within the Brags application, you may also use that functionality to submit your deletion request.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise personal information that we are not legally required to retain.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution or other legitimate legal purposes.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, restrict certain processing or object to certain processing.

To exercise your applicable privacy rights, contact us at support@shnoup.com.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
